Rentracks group provide the Affiliate marketing network service, etc.

Management of personal information

1. The private information provided to us through our services or this website will be used solely for utilization purposes for our particular service as listed below.

(8)To provide the Conversion API feature, including connecting publisher Google Ads accounts and sending conversion data recorded by Rentracks to the selected Google Ads account.
Google User Data
- Data Accessed:
When a publisher connects Google Ads, Rentracks may access, collect or interact with Google Ads related information through Google OAuth, including access token, refresh token, Google Ads customer ID, login customer ID, accessible Google Ads account information.

- Data Usage:
Rentracks uses Google user data only for the Conversion API feature. Such information is used to verify the Google Ads connection, maintain the connection, obtain access tokens when necessary, identify the Google Ads account and conversion action selected by the publisher, and send conversion events recorded by Rentracks to the selected Google Ads account.
The conversion data sent to Google Ads may include click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID, conversion time, conversion value, currency code and conversion action.
Rentracks will not use Google user data to create advertisements, edit campaigns, change budgets, manage keywords, conduct advertising targeting, profiling, retargeting or any other purpose unrelated to the Conversion API feature.
Rentracks does not collect or store the publisher’s Google account password. We shall ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

- Data Sharing:
Rentracks will not sell, rent or disclose Google user data to third parties.
Rentracks will not allow Google user data to be accessed by third parties for independent advertising, marketing, data brokerage or any unrelated commercial purpose.

- Data Storage & Protection:
Rentracks shall take reasonable security measures to protect Google user data from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification or leakage.
Access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, developer tokens and other credentials will be stored securely and will not be publicly displayed or shared with unauthorized parties. Access to such data will be limited to authorized personnel who need access for operation, maintenance, security or support purposes.

- Data Retention & Deletion:
Rentracks will retain Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide the Conversion API feature, maintain the Google Ads connection requested by the publisher, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain security and audit records.
A publisher may disconnect their Google Ads account or request deletion of Google Ads connection data by contacting Rentracks at:

After disconnection or deletion request, Rentracks will stop using the related Google OAuth credentials for future Google Ads conversion uploads and will delete or disable the relevant connection data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by applicable laws, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legitimate business record obligations.
Rentracks’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

2. Facultative of private information provision
We may ask our clients to provide their private information as part of our service at our sole discretion. We reserve our right not to provide any service, entirely or partially, if necessary required information has not been fulfilled.

4. About Cookies
